Curious about Design Thinking? Thinking about applying for a course development grant to refresh an existing course or to create a new course from the ground up?

In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop you'll learn how to use Stanford's human-centered method for creative problem solving in your classroom.

You'll learn:

  • How to frame a human-centered problem from the perspective of real people.
  • How to apply innovation principles (such as bias to action, prototyping, ideation, and radical collaboration) to explore unexpected solutions.
  • How faculty from leading universities are integrating Design Thinking into their pedagogy.

This two and a half hour workshop includes breakfast. Please email Julia Maddox (Director, iZone) with any questions. julia.maddox@rochester.edu
